YOUR TEST WILL BE INVALIDATED UNLESS THIS PROTOCOL IS FOLLOWED.
PLEASE BE SURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS OR YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO A MANDATORY 14 DAY QUARANTINE.
All COVID-19 tests used for traveling to Hawaii require observed collection of saliva specimens.
We provide this service through a tele-health session.
Currently the available observation schedule is as follows:
Monday – Friday 09:00am – 11:00am EST and 4:00pm – 7:00pm EST
Saturday – 12:00pm – 3:00pm EST
We are closed on Sunday.
This schedule will be expanded and updated in real time. See the below guidelines chart for timing your test for travel.
For prompt processing of your sample, make sure to take your test in the morning and deliver your test to your local FedEx Authorized ShipCenter by 10am.
Please make sure that your test is dropped at a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter, not a drop-box or 3rd-party affiliate. (Drop boxes like those at Walgreens are NOT ideal as their are limited pick-ups which may delay your results by an additional 24 hours.)

If taking your test on a Saturday, please verify with your local FedEx Authorized ShipCenter, that the store has Saturday Air Express Pickups.

Your collection kit arrives in a white box with a printed GetTestedNow.com sleeve.
Note: After you remove the sleeve the white box has the FedEx return label affixed to it. (This same white box is your return package.)
